TWO. Hangover Cure


We caved. I'm not sure if you've noticed, but there's been a widespread presence of a hangover remedy lately, promising to revolutionize the way we recover from our tequila-infused nights. This seemingly heaven-sent solution claims to alleviate the throbbing pain of hangovers and migraines by providing cooling relief. 


Intrigued by the rave reviews, we decided to give it a shot. 


After chilling the nylon cap in the fridge or freezer for 1–2 hours as instructed, we experienced its purported cooling effect for over 30 minutes. Our verdict? It's a game-changer for waking up after a night out. The combination of pressure and cooling sensation significantly diminishes hangover symptoms, turning a morning that felt like a construction zone into one that's nearly non-existent.

If you're looking for a new read to dive into, we just wrapped up "Lessons In Chemistry,” by author, Bonnie Garmus. We’d give it an 8/10—it was a great, disturbingly poignant, read.

  1. We appreciate the notion of maintaining a habit of healthy eating and regular exercise every day, so that when significant events arise in our lives, let’s say a wedding or beach vacation, we don't feel compelled to undergo extreme diets or fasts to prepare.
