West Status was tailored to discover reputable ways to emit authenticity in the chaos. We share ways to purely be your elite self, your higher status.

On Friday mornings, we just expose; spilling the tea all over the place.

ONE. Acts of kindness

Kindness is contagious and there are countless ways to spread it, from small gestures to more significant acts. The important thing is to be open to opportunities to show kindness and make someone's day a little brighter.

West status exposes ways to purely be your elite self, your higher status. This can be achieved by not only focusing on yourself but others as well.

What acts of kindness can you do this weekend to help out others?

Here are five random acts of kindness that can brighten someone's day -

1. Pay for the coffee or meal of the person behind you in line.

2. Leave a kind note or message for a friend, family member, or coworker.

3. Compliment a stranger on something you notice about them, such as their outfit or style.

4. Leave a generous tip for a service worker, such as a waiter or delivery person.

5. Hold the door open for someone or let them go ahead of you in line.

Studies indicate that aiding others can positively impact our mental well-being. It diminishes stress, enhances emotional wellness, and even contributes to better physical health.

In essence, performing acts of kindness benefits both yourself and others.

TWO. What the heck is a Synbiotic?

A synbiotic is a combination of probiotics and prebiotics that work together to promote gut health and balance.

Probiotics are live microorganisms, typically bacteria or yeast, that confer health benefits when consumed in adequate amounts.

Prebiotics, on the other hand, are non-digestible fibers that serve as food for beneficial gut bacteria, helping them to thrive and multiply.

When combined, probiotics and prebiotics have a synergistic effect, enhancing the survival and activity of beneficial bacteria in the gut. This combination is known as a synbiotic, and it's often found in supplements or certain foods designed to support digestive health.

Ritual Synbiotic+ not only fulfilled our individual needs but also exceeded expectations for a single supplement. It serves as a comprehensive 3-in-1 solution, functioning as a prebiotic, probiotic, and postbiotic in a single capsule.

Understanding how these elements synergize to promote gut health made the convenience of receiving them all in one easy-to-take capsule incredibly appealing to us.

THREE. Personalized gifts for the kids

As summer break approaches, the return to school will be just around the corner. Here's a charming personalized gift idea for any kid to enjoy once classes resume.

FOUR. What are the safest candles for humans? Non-toxic.

Have you ever wondered if switching to non-toxic candles could significantly improve the health of your home?

You may be familiar with this idea, or perhaps even attempted to create it at home. The significance is clear, and we will explain.

FIVE. What are the benefits of taking Sea Moss every day?

When you browse through any social media platform, you'll notice a growing trend: Sea Moss is becoming a staple in everyone's morning routine - especially harped in Bella Hadid's recent TikTok.

But why?

Sea moss, also known as Irish moss or Chondrus crispus, is a type of seaweed that grows naturally in water along rocky coastal regions. It's rich in essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making it popular for its potential health benefits such as -

Improved immune function - Sea moss contains vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin A, iron, and zinc, which can support immune health and help the body fight off infections.

Enhanced digestion - Sea moss is high in dietary fiber, which can promote healthy digestion and regular bowel movements. Its mucilaginous properties may also soothe the digestive tract.

Skin health - Sea moss contains collagen-building nutrients like vitamin C and amino acids, which may contribute to healthy skin and promote a youthful appearance.

Thyroid support - Sea moss is a natural source of iodine, which is essential for thyroid function. Including sea moss in your diet may help support thyroid health and regulate metabolism.

Increased energy levels - Sea moss contains a variety of vitamins and minerals that can support overall energy production in the body, helping you feel more energized throughout the day.

It’s the legal language

It’s important to note that while sea moss offers potential health benefits, individual results may vary, and more research is needed to fully understand its effects. As with any supplement or dietary addition, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating sea moss into your daily routine, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or concerns.

SIX. The best coffee hack

The European friends in our lives might unequivocally disapprove, but we're here to advocate for coffee ice trays – hear us out!

The moment you get out of bed, the morning routine begins. As you stand in the kitchen, pouring that much-needed cup of coffee, you realize it's way too hot to drink right away.

Therefore, we've established a weekend ritual of filling our unique ice cube tray with coffee, ensuring we have coffee ice ready for the entire week. Mock it if you must, but while we're sipping our instantly cooled coffee, you might still be enduring that agonizing thirty-minute wait for yours to cool down.
