FIVE. What The Heck Is Dry Brushing?
Dry Brushing, ever heard of it?
This may be a new practice for many - but, dry brushing allows for the exfoliation of dead skin cells, the promotion of a smoother skin texture, and the unclogging of the body's pores. It also aids in enhancing blood circulation and superficial lymphatic stimulation, leaving the skin feeling rejuvenated and shower-ready.Â
For any left wondering how the heck to dry brush, breathe - we are here for you!
Using your dry brush, begin by working from the feet upwards, focusing on one leg at a time. Just as lymphatic drainage flows from the periphery to the center of the body, you'll want to start distally (far from the body) and gradually move proximally (toward the body's center)
Gently start brushing upwards towards your upper body by using a gentle sweeping motion. The amount of pressure applied should be comfortable.

Dry brush for approximately 3-5 minutes, ensuring every part of your body is addressed, leaving exception for the face.Â
