West Status was tailored to discover reputable ways to emit authenticity in the chaos. We share ways to purely be your elite self, your higher status.
On Friday mornings, we just expose; spilling the tea all over the place.
ONE. Technology Detox weekend
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the constant buzz of notifications, the pressure to stay connected, and the never-ending scroll of digital feeds?
Fucking same.Â
It's time to hit pause and prioritize your well-being with a technology detox weekend. Picture this: a break from screens means reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep quality, and a chance to boost productivity and creativity.
Meaning, go outside, seizing the current moment, and breathe anew.
Disconnecting allows you to focus on real-life connections, strengthen relationships, and enhance your mental and physical health. So, why not join us for a weekend of unplugging?Â
Let's recharge, rediscover our hobbies of offline living, and embrace the simplicity and serenity that come with disconnecting from our digital devices.

Here’s how we are doing a technology detox weekend -
Set a realistic goal - Sounds crazy right? But, hear us out.
Decide how long you want to detox for, whether it's a few hours, a day, or the whole weekend. Be realistic about what you can achieve and don't set yourself up for failure.
We're all too familiar with Selena Gomez and her unsuccessful technology detox approach— do better, be better.
Plan ahead - Let your friends and family know that you'll be taking a break from technology, so they don't worry if they can't reach you.
Make sure you have everything you need before you start your detox, like a favorite book (our current favorite read), puzzles, or enjoyable activities in mind.
Find alternative activities or hobbies - Use your detox as an opportunity to rediscover hobbies or try new things.
Consider going for a hike, practicing pilates, cooking a new recipe, or spending time with loved ones.
Use a "dumb" phone - If you're worried about missing important calls or texts during your detox, consider using a "dumb" phone that doesn't have internet access or social media apps.
Wild, but this method genuinely yields results.
It's time to reclaim our time, our minds, and our lives. Are you in?

TWO. Cocktails on your terms
We stumbled upon this company that brings you cocktails on your own terms. Â
Are you among those people who are trying to cut out or cut back on alcohol from your life? We're excited to introduce a special occasion for those striving for a higher standard; a higher status.Â
If you're active in the sober-curious moment, you understand that non-alcoholic spirits signify more than just what's in your glass.Â
This brand contributes to shaping a healthy lifestyle, your envisioned lifestyle.Â
Try them out, along with our favorite Tommy’s Spicy Marg recipe. The lifestyle change is significantly positive - you won't regret it.Â
THREE. This Year's Best Vitamin C Serum
After sticking with CeraVe’s Vitamin C serum for the majority of 2023 and seeing minimal or barely noticeable results, we decided it was time to make a change.
For the past seven months, we've been continuously restocking Sunday Riley's C.E.O Vitamin CÂ serum.Â
It's safe to declare that we are never going back, considering the remarkable efficacy of antioxidants, the instant increase in collagen production, and the long-awaited achievement of an even skin tone.
Brilliance in a fucking serum.Â
FOUR. Mother's Day gift-giving idea
When it comes to mothers, one thing we understand well is their selflessness.Â
They're constantly striving to involve the entire family and prioritizing everyone else's needs above their own. That's why we believe a personalized and customized family art portrait is the ideal way to express adoration for your mother this year.Â
Whether your family traveling destinations are trips in the sun, or on the slope, Patricia Carlin will capture the moment.Â

FIVE. Does Working Out At Home Work?
Let's talk about the sedentary lifestyle epidemic.Â
One of the most pressing health concerns in recent years is the rise of the sedentary lifestyle. Many people spend a significant portion of their day sitting at desks, commuting, or lounging at home.Â
Prolonged periods of inactivity have been linked to various health issues, including obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and mental health problems (our therapist is clapping somewhere out there).Â
Here’s the incredible wellness upgrade that has been in our back pocket for a year now.Â
SIX. Our Favorite Pajama Set Lately
We stumbled upon these pajama sets.
We're essentially wearing these all day until someone insists we take them off. The Boyfriend set and the Quince set, are both made from premium-quality cotton with noteworthy comfort. Â
These unisex boxers also make for the perfect compliment to have the best Saturday morning ever.Â

SEVEN. Life Hack Alert
Surprisingly, this isn't a widely recognized hack yet; this DUPE website is blowing up in our opinion.Â
We've all experienced it: falling head over heels for a piece of interior decor, only to be hit with disappointment upon discovering its price exceeds our entire renovation budget.Â
But imagine being able to indulge in those coveted home finds without the hefty price tags.Â
That's where duping comes in.Â
The place where you can experience the excitement of scoring top-notch home picks without the budget-busting markups.
All you do -Â
1. Go to a website and pick out a piece of furniture, home decor; anything decor really
2. From anywhere, like Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, literally anywhere
3. Now on the search bar, dupe.com/Â into the URL (before the already existing URL), now press enter
What happens next is beyond surprising.Â
DUPE website will list out all the similar items throughout the web that are comparable to what you were looking for. And we are talking spot on.
Drink your tea, and enjoy the weekend.Â
